Meet Emmil

Emmil's work is grounded, intuitive, and deeply supportive. She creates sessions for people who are ready to move beyond only talking about what hurts and into a more embodied experience of change.

Each session is designed to feel safe, held, and intentional. The goal is not performance or pressure. The goal is to create the conditions in which the body and subconscious can begin to reveal, release, and integrate what is ready.
